Facility Use Breakdown
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Open Training Center
- Members access weights, turf, and equipment
- Sessions are limited to 6 members per 1-hour block to ensure high-quality training conditions
- Limited amount of memberships per pricing tier
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Private & Team Training
Reserved exclusively for:
- Independent trainers (facility use fees apply)
- 1-on-1 sessions, small group private sessions and classes
- Team training
- Please Inquire for pricing and availability
No open training center access during these hours and facility buy-out available upon request
